Enjoy a guided playful stand up paddle board yoga session and free time on the water. All levels of expertise welcome and invited to come play in a non-judgemental environment in the heart of the scenic red rock desert near Capitol Reef National Park, Utah.
Stand up paddle boards are provided. Please bring your own drinking water, towel, sunscreen, hat, and/or anything else needed to be comfortable.
