YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

Learn yoga from a strong foundation up. Gain a level of confidence as we discuss and experience proper alignment, benefits, and structure within basic yoga poses, breath work, and introduction to philosophy behind the practice we are doing. You will learn different styles of yoga and how to incorporate different teachings and practices into your daily life as needed. $45

An introduction in philosophy of yoga. Exploring the traditional view points and the ever expansive systems included in the tearm yoga. $45


MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS

An introduction in mindfulness and meditation, benefits, and how we can improve well-being using meditation. Learn the basics of many different techniques and meditation styles in this workshop. There are infinite ways in which we can bring mindfulness and meditation into our lives, and different techniques will be more beneficial throughout different stages of our lives. Learn many tools to continue creating support for your journey. $45


CHAKRA BALANCE

Chakras are proven energy centers in the body that provide and manage particular qualities to establish well-being and harmony within the entire being. We will discuss in depth the thirteen chakra system, learn to notice deficiency or over stimulated chakras, and techniques to bring each chakra back to harmony. $45


SOUND BATH

Learn how sound baths work with different pitches and tones to enhance harmony and well-being in the entire being. Play the instruments yourself and enjoy making music within harmony. $45


LABYRINTH MEDITATION

Labyrinths are like a maize with the exception of only one way in and one way out. We can use labyrinth meditations for many benefits, one being to help bring harmony and balance in the right and left hemispheres of the brain. This helps to problem solve, decision make, and critical think more efficiently, and invites more creativity, compassion, and mental health. We will explore different ways in which we can access labyrinths through art, writing, and walking. $45


QI GONG

Qi Gong means to work with the essence of life force energy. Qi Gong is an ancient art of physical movement that brings peace, harmony, and longevity into the entire being using peaceful fluid movement, breath work, mindfulness, and connection within the elements. Learn basic Qi Gong movements to improve overall health. $45


KUNDALINI KRIYA

Kundalini is a practice of cultivating and sustaining divine energy to experience life within our best self for the greatest good. Kriyas are a set of practices that produce a particular outcome and cleansing effect. We will learn more about what Kundalini energy is and how to use it. $45


VIPASSANA

Vipassana is one of the basics to all buddhist traditional meditation. Vipassana, “special seeing” and “insight”, is the practice of continued close attention to sensation through which one ultimately sees the true nature of existence. Vipassana is a slow and steady process to self-discovery. Learn vipassana techniques and explore this practice of internal knowledge. $45


MALA MAKING

Malas are beautiful beaded necklaces or bracelets used as a tool for meditation, spiritual connection, awareness within the present moment, amongst other uses. Learn about Mala traditions, usages, and create your own magnificent tool using beads of your choice. Intention setting within Mala making while choosing colors and beads that represent your chosen characteristics will be invited. Have fun creating your unique Mala. $108


CREATE YOUR OWN HEALING MIST

Using aroma therapy, crystals and stones, intention setting, and ceremony to create your own healing mist that creates the essence and characteristics of your chosen outcome. Learn what benefits different essential oils contain and how to combine them. Learn about different characteristics of crystals and stones and benefits of using them. Invite intention setting and ceremony to enhance the essence and choose meaning that you want to experience. Use your mist in your car, on your pillow, as an air freshener anywhere, and in a diffuser. $108


JOURNALING FOR WELL-BEING

We will explore how to use journaling for well-being as an expressive art form. Giving and receiving this art to ourselves to cope, create, visualize, understand, and question. $45
