Did you know water activities put less stress on the joints and muscles than most other forms of physical exercise? Therefore the impact of gravity is less in the water and helps to support the joints and muscles, and puts less strain on the heart while doing aerobic activity. All ages and skill level welcome. Non-judgement and self-care are prioritized.

CLICK HERE for current schedule and to purchase your class pass. Yoga, meditation, and water aerobics classes are on the same class pass system and can be used for all regular scheduled classes except Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga, Private Sessions, and Swimming Lessons.

Swimming lessons

$150 per student per session. Each session will consist of four 55 minute classes learning and developing swimming skills, water safety, and playtime.

No make up dates if student misses class.

Class will be held at a private residence in a salt-water pool in Torrey, Utah.

Level One: Swimmers master the following skills: basics of swimming, bobbing, going under water, supported front and back float, supported gliding, supported front crawl and flutter kick. Students must be completely potty trained to participate.

Level Two: Swimmers master the following skills: independent front and back float, independent front and back glide, independent front and back crawl and flutter kick, and retrieving objects under water.

Level Three: Swimmers improve and develop multiple strokes, kicks, and breathing techniques
